The new committe of Blood Mediator Community of Makassar has been inaugurated under the lead of Rahmat Ardiansyah Arlan Physchology student of Bosowa University Makassar. This event held in Anging Mammiri Ballroom, Makassar at (11/11), Saturday (11/16/2024).
Blood Mediator Community of Makassar is one of the youth community that focused on contribute to society by providing blood stocks for the community considering that blood supply facilities in health institutions often experience various obstacles.
This community received special attention from various communities in Makassar City by its inspirational act to educate and contribute to the society in medical aspect.
In his speech, Rahmat Ardiansyah Arlan state that this community commit to be the frontline in responding to the community’s need for blood stock.
“According to the increase of blood supply problem in the society, where the family or relatives of the people urgently annouce their needs of blood move us to contribute through this act being the mediator of blood. So, we are here as a liaison so that the need for blood can be responded to quickly, and this is our priority in improving health in Makassar City,” he said.
This is supported by the status quo where Makassar being the most crowded civilians city in Sulsel which increase the higher needs of many aspect include blood needs for people with various reason and cause as Rahmat Ardiansyah Arlan statement in his speech.
“Blood supply is an important factor for safety and recovery for those who have had accidents, need major surgery, or suffer from diseases such as severe anemia and cancer. Every drop of blood donated is instrumental in saving lives,” he said.
On the other hand, Aditya Prananda Rs, S.Ked, as the Founder of Mediator Darah Makassar was also present and expressed his hope that this community can continue and share more care to the community.
“It is our hope that this community will continue to be a solution to the need for blood that is often not well accommodated by the community when there is an urgent demand. We really need collaboration in this effort,” he concluded.
Under the leadership of Rahmat Adriansyah Arlan, who is the new face of the Makassar Mediator Community, it is hoped that he will be able to play a greater role in saving lives and improving the quality of life of the community.
